Nimbuzz, of which MIH now owns 49%, is a Netherlands-based technology firm focused on mobile instant-messaging aggregation and VoIP. The company officially launched its offering in May 2008 and has approximately 18 million registered users and launched its first monetisation product NimbuzzOut (comparable to SkypeOut).
Nimbuzz is a mobile social messenger combining instant messaging, (geo) presence, and VoIP across popular communities, including Skype, Windows Live Messenger, Yahoo! Messenger, ICQ, Google Talk, AIM, and social networks including Facebook and MySpace. The free application is available on the mobile, web and PC, for instant messaging, location sharing, (group) calling, file sharing, and chat rooms.
From one contact list users can call, chat, message and more, with all their friends in one place. Nimbuzz is a feature rich mass market product for the hyper-connected lifestyle.

How to configure SIP settings on Nimbuzz:
Step 1:
1. Open Nimbuzz
2. Go to Options
3. Go to Settings
4. Go to SIP providers
5. Go to other
· Username
12345@sip.ymaxvoice.com
· Password
1234
· Proxy server
sip.ymaxvoice.com
6. Save
7. Ok
Note: here 12345 stand for pin user and 1234 for pin password,
Step 2:
1. Go to Options
2. Go to Settings
3. Go to VoIP provider settings
Change VoIP Provider to SIP
You can see three options
Ø NimbuzzOut
Ø SIP
Ø SkypeOut
4. Select SIP
5. Press ok
That’s all
How to make call:
1. Go to Call options by pressing right navigation key ( Nokia N73).
2. Go to Options
3. Dial a number
Note: you can select contact numbers that are stored in your mobile phone.
